Singapore-based aquaculture company Barramundi Group Ltd has recruited Eric Tsang as an independent director. Tsang brings over two decades of extensive experience in institutional banking, investment management and entrepreneurship across the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at a single family office in Hong Kong, he also oversees private equity, venture capital and private markets investments.
In a statement, Barramundi Group said Tsang’s strategic vision and leadership in cross border business developing and managing institutional relationships will be invaluable to the company.
“With a career marked by significant achievements, including managing relationships with sovereign institutions, asset managers, and banks, Eric has a proven track record of producing results and demonstrating leadership in financial operations and strategic advisory. His expertise spans the direct origination of capital markets businesses, structured products, asset management, and real estate financing.
“The board believes that Eric’s appointment will greatly contribute to the ongoing restructuring and future growth of the company,” it said.
