In 2017, the event attracted over 300 visitors

Salmon processors will be able to experience a new immersive production demonstration at Marel’s 2018 Salmon ShowHow event.

Attendees will be invited to put on a pair of 3D glasses and walk through a modern processing facility for a 360-degree salmon production tour.

During the event, to be held on 7 February in Copenhagen, specialists will explain how Marel products can help them raise quality, productivity, yield and throughput, while visitors will be able to observe ongoing demonstrations and look at company equipment at close range throughout the day.

Marel stated its simulated processing plant environment at its demonstration facility in Copenhagen will enable visitors to see first-hand the latest salmon processing equipment and software.

The event will provide opportunities for networking and discussing the latest processing innovations and industry trends. Guest speakers will also talk about current technologies and trends.

In 2017, the event attracted over 300 visitors representing companies from more than 30 countries.
