Historic funding will allow NOAA Fisheries to make critical advancements in its work to save the endangered species

The US Department of Commerce and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has announced the next steps to conserve and recover endangered North Atlantic right whales with US$82 million in funding from the Inflation Reduction Act – regarded as the largest climate and conservation investment in history.
