Cflow and Andfjord Salmon entered into a strategic partnership for the further development of the fish farming facility in 2023

In 2023, Cflow and Andfjord Salmon entered into a strategic partnership for the further development of the fish farming facility on Andøya. The agreement includes the delivery of advanced fish handling technology that ensures sustainable production and optimal fish welfare.

The teams have worked closely together to ensure that all milestones are met on time, with a common goal of achieving the highest possible standards for sustainability and quality.

“We completed the excavation of the pool pits a quarter ahead of schedule, which has allowed us to start the installation of technical infrastructure from Cflow earlier than planned,” said Martin Rasmussen, CEO of Andfjord Salmon.

The salmon producer has targeted a capacity of 8,000 tonnes of gutted fish by 2025, with further gradual increases until 40,000 tonnes in 2030.

“This project marks an important step for us. Our partnership with Andfjord Salmon demonstrates how innovative solutions and close cooperation can accelerate sustainable growth in the aquaculture industry,” said Stig Bjørkedal, CEO of Cflow.
