Sigurður Davíð Stefánsson, Head of Innovation and Start-ups at the Iceland Ocean Cluster is joining this year’s speakers at Fish Waste for Profit 2020.

Stefánsson will presenting on the topic of ‘Sub Cooling Technology for Artisinal Fisheries’ which he has worked on closely with Ocean Excellence. This is a topic of key importance for artisanal fisheries catching seafood which is damaged by lack of cooling and then sees a consequent loss of value.
