Three major players in the Scottish seafood sector are joining forces to establish a new business in Peterhead processing Scottish whitefish

A collaboration between Denholm Seafoods, The Don Fishing Company and Seafood Ecosse, the new business, named Trinity Seafoods, will focus on smaller-sized and underused sustainable stocks of whitefish such as haddock.

The company aims to offer a variety of fresh and frozen fillets and portions for retail and wholesale globally.
