The packaging of fresh products is a delicate process and Tramper says that its denesters, filling stations, traysealers and complete packaging lines ensure that the process from fresh to packed runs reliably, quickly and cost-effectively.

A Tramper packaging line

The company will show one of its most popular and most used packaging lines at Seafood Processing Global 2014, which operate in the fishing industry worldwide.

At the beginning of the line is a mounted denester, type D-360. This compact and reliable machine denests trays, pots, buckets and lids at high speed.

The next machine which is often seen on such a line is the Tramper filling and dividing system, type F-360. The company says that a characteristic of this system is the calm and precise filling process at high speed. The machine is also very accessible and changing to another format is an easy and quick action.

The Tramper S-360 traysealer - also servo driven - is well-known on the market. The servo controlled drives allow both solid and fluid products to be packaged. For rapid conversion, the sealing machine is fitted with lightweight moulds that can be manually changed.

A denester, type D-3100 will also be present, producing up to 300 packages per minute. The smallest packaging machine in the Tramper program can also be viewed, the Tramper S-335. This model is very suitable as a base model for tray sealing products with growth potential.
