Nekkar strengthens its aquaculture offering

Norwegian industrial technology business acquires Techano Group for an undisclosed amount

Industrial technology group Nekkar ASA has bought fellow Norwegian company Techano Group to strengthen its presence within the aquaculture and renewables sectors.

The add-on business will combine Nekkar’s unique in-house automation, electrification and software competence with personnel from Techano who are specialists in load handling and lifting equipment for the renewables, aquaculture, offshore and marine industries.
