Eric is a Marine Fishery Biologist with over 30 years of experience in Latin America working with commercial fisheries and aquaculture. Eric was the Legal Representative in Mexico for the Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission during the period 1984-2006. He was the co-founder of the Bluefin Tuna and Yellowtail (Seriola) farming company Bajamachi (2004-2009) and is the co-founder of Pacifico Aquaculture, a full-cycle sea bass farming company located in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico (2009-present). Eric was Pacifico Aquaculture´s Farm Manager at the Todos Santos Island striped bass site since 2009, and just recently has taken on the role of manager for special and strategic projects.

- Fish health and vaccination development.
- Hatchery expansion and farm site development.
- Genetics and population structure.
- Environmental monitoring and oceanographic program.
