At SPE Kaj Olesen A/S will be presenting a new pinbone remover - the Easy Matic TWIN.
This is a pinbone remover where the fillets run through two deboning heads in a line with a ‘loose’ transport belt so that the pinboning heads can pull out the bones from different angles.
The machine only leaves very few bones in the fillet and is still gentle to the meat of the fillet.
The Easy Matic TWIN is available in 1-lane up to 8-lane machines.
Kaj Olesen has been in the fish processing business since 1958 and has been engaged in production of equipment for the fish processing industry since 1998. Approximately 500 Easy Matic pinbone removers are operating worldwide.
