Mr Lim Huan Sein is the Director of the Aquaculture Technology Department and Programme Chief for Fisheries under the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA). His department supports the local aquaculture industry through technology transfer, sharing of expertise, R&D collaboration and development of innovative farming technologies.
