New Marel partnership

The new agreement makes official a long standing partnership between these two companies, who have been working together to improve the productivity of fish processors for some time.

Intalox will be supplying many European companies including Marel hf, Marel UK, Marel Deutschland, Carnitech A/S, Carnitach Norge AS, Arbor, Marel Scandinavia and CP foods.

Peter Beveridge, Intralox sales manager says: “We provide much more than just a belt and Marel recognises that. We share Marel’s commitment to customer service; we have the resources to ensure ongoing engineering support world wide; and we develop belt products that enhance the effectiveness of Marel’s hygienic equipment designs.”

This is certainly not the first formal agreement made between these two successful companies. Chris Martin, Marel’s project manager explained: “We specify Intralox’s Series 1600 open hinge flat top Belt because it’s sturdy and easier to clean than other small pitch plastic belts. “I’ve been dealing with Intralox since the early 1980’s and they have always done a good job for us.”
