Cooke launches appeal

New Brunswick, Canada, headquartered Cooke Aquaculture Pacific has filed a complaint in the Washington State Superior Court to appeal the Washington Department of Natural Resources’ (DNR) decision to deny the renewal of the seafood company’s fish farming permits for its rainbow trout farms at Rich Passage and Hope Island in Puget Sound.
