The 18th Salmon ShowHow will take place on 6 February 2019 at Progress Point, Copenhagen.

Demonstrations throughout the day will give attendees a close look at Marel’s equipment in a simulated processing plant environment, with specialists at hand to explain how the products can help them raise quality, productivity, yield, and throughput. Guest speakers will also talk about current technologies and trends.

3D insight

Marel will demonstrate both its equipment and its food processing software at the event. As salmon processors move into industry 4.0, they are increasingly demanding not only quality equipment across the whole processing value chain, but also integrated software that enables them to take full advantage of automation, robotics, and real-time data monitoring to improve productivity and production control.

Following the popularity of the new 360° demo experience at the 2018 event, attendees at the 2019 ShowHow will again be invited to use 3D glasses to step inside modern salmon processing facilities for a unique insight into quality salmon production.

The programme also includes seminars on a range of topics designed to address key concerns of CEOs, production managers, IT managers, and other decisions makers in the salmon processing industry.
