Trident concludes Ketchikan sale

Silver Bay Seafoods has completed its takeover of Trident Seafood’s processing facility in Ketchikan, Alaska

Trident announced in December 2023 that it was seeking buyers for four of its Alaska-based plants as part of a comprehensive, strategic restructuring.

Chief executive, Joe Bundrant said that the company is looking for buyers who share Trident’s values, will take care of the fleet and employees, and will integrate themselves into the community.
