Norway has still enjoyed record seafood export values in May despite a strengthening krone

Norway has exported seafood worth NOK14 billion (€1.88 billion) in May, an increase of 8% over the same month in 2023.

The growth in value has been attributed to increased volumes of both salmon and trout, along with a higher price for salmon.
