Rex Ito owner of Prime Time Seafood Inc. is confirmed to speak at the Offshore Mariculture Conference 2017. Soon to take place in Ensenada, Baja California on the 6-10 March 2017.

Rex will be speaking during session four of the conference, his presentation will cover ‘Establishing a market for farmed Finfish in the U.S’. From the introduction phase to actually establishing a “staple” item in the market Rex will cover the best strategies and what to avoid.

Rex began his career as a marine biologist and eventually become involved with many aspects of seafood production from aquaculture, commercial fishing, procurement, distribution, and commercial marine aquaculture.
