New Marel grader series – ProLine

The new ProLine Graders take Marel graders to a new level with modular, flexible design. Designed to fulfil all general grading and batching needs, the ProLine is customised for each customer using standard modules.

ProLine graders are as robust, fast, and accurate as all Marel graders but the design is flexible offering processors a level of pick and mix features that are pre-designed for fast delivery. This innovative concept gives processors the flexibility to select a grading solution combination that matches their specific processing environment. A grading solution to fit any operation has already been designed and fabricated – processors simply pick and choose from the flexible range of ProLine modular components and the personalised solution is ready for shipping.

The ProLine offers numerous accessories to choose from such as batching bins, different chutes, and packing tables as well as discharge conveyors, all made from materials that ensure long life and low maintenance. The all-new open construction makes it easier to clean and more hygienic than many similar graders. Thanks to its modular design, the ProLine series will be competitively priced with no surprise expenses down the line.
