Carotti’s ice machines
Carotti Ice was founded in 1960 and began the production of Ice Crush machines in 2001, in addition to its existing Ice Makers.
The company offers a large series of Ice Makers with variable ice production: from 18kg/24h up to 1,000kg/24h.
Water and air conditioning models are available and the compact dimensions mean that the machines are easy to store.
The company also produces industrial ice makers (ice block and scales) with the ability to produce more ice daily.
The Ice Crush machine is an innovative appliance that does not simply crush the ice but ‘splits’ it into pieces where it melts slower than normal. Available in two models (Ice Crush – 1.2kg/minute and Ice Crush Maxi 10kg/minute) the machines are made from high quality materials and have a safety micro switch for motor blockage.
Carotti machines can produce different types of ice: cubes, flakes and scales. The ice cubes are pure, compact, rounded and long lasting; flakes and scales have an exit temperature of -1°C and -7°C respectively.
