Baader machines on display
Baader will be showing the following machines at SPE:
The BAADER 54 – specially designed for Alaska Pollack and now also available for skinning Sockeye. The BAADER 54 produces a high quality skinned fillet at highest yield. With a deep skin cut after the shallow skinning customers can gain additional profit and a separate fat layer which can be used for gaining Omega3 fatty acid, for example.
BAADER 142 Princess-Cut Gutting Machine – this machine is now redesigned in regards to better hygiene performance. Many parts can now easily be released for cleaning in an external washing machine or manually. An adaptation for a CIP (clean-in-place) solution is now also possible.
