Benito Sarmiento Pérez

Benito Sarmiento, was born in Mexico City. He is Biochemical Engineer of Foods by the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.

He has more than 15 years of experience in Mexican Fishing Industry. He is General Director of Baja Aqua Farms Company, dedicated to fishing, fattening and commercialization of Bluefin Tuna.

Additionally, he is currently an advisor of CANAINPESCA in Baja California, as well as several food industry companies.
