C-Map charts get ISO 19379
Norways C-MAP says it is the first company to get ISO 19379 standard for its CM-93/3 electronic chart database. A statement said the standard specifies the requirements for Electronic Chart Systems (ECS) databases, especially as regards the elements relevant to safety of navigation, such as content, quality and updating.
