The PORTIO 3, the newest development from Belgian weighing and grading specialist MARELEC, is a portion cutting machine that combines state of the art technology and high precision, while also being an economic solution.
Its three cameras ensure the highest accuracy with round objects.
The product is fed on the infeed belt and a three dimensional laser scanner calculates its volume. A preset weight and/or size frame is selected from the program menu.
An optional checkweigher can optimise the precision.
The system can be completely opened for easy cleaning and the belts can be taken out. Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a CIP system.
Other options include the MARELEC APH product holder and the MARELEC BH1 back holder.
At SPE, next to the PORTIO 3, MARELEC will also show its electronic logbook and marine scales.
