Fish containment solutions provider Badinotti Group has confirmed the acquisition of Pacific Netting Products (PNP), a Seattle-based company specialising in the sale of nets and other containment structures.

Milan, Italy-headquartered Badinotti said the move would bring the company closer to its valued customers in North America – providing them with solutions tailored to their specific needs. 

“This acquisition will allow us to strengthen our presence in the North American market and provide even more tailored solutions to the needs of our local customers. We are committed to delivering customised best-in-class products and services, and this acquisition will enable us to leverage our global expertise in the local market,” Badinotti CEO Christian Torres said.

Badinotti General Manager North America Simon Proctor, who will assume the leadership of PNP, said he is thrilled to be integrating PNP under the Badinotti umbrella.

Through its acquisition of PNP, Badinotti intends to leverage commercial and knowledge synergies, allowing both teams to deepen product development and engineering and offer cutting-edge containment solutions.
