Jan Eric Haagensen brings over 25 years of experience at the intersection of aquaculture operations and technology adoption across Scandinavia. Based in Norway, he has built deep domain expertise working directly with fish farmers, well-boat operators, and equipment providers to solve critical challenges in oxygenation, fish welfare, and production efficiency. Prior to joining Moleaer as Senior Director for Scandinavia, Jan Eric served as Segment Director of Aquaculture at TESS, one of Norway’s largest technical solutions distributors. He is dedicated to helping aquaculture companies adopt proven nanobubble technology to improve welfare outcomes, reduce environmental impact, and drive more sustainable operations.
