Eirik Lillebudal is co-founder of Equafish, a Norwegian software company helping aquaculture operators turn the data they already have into better daily decisions. Equafish brings production data, water chemistry, and operational routines into a single tool operators open every day, putting numbers in context rather than just in dashboards. The company’s view is that the next leap in aquaculture won’t come from more sensors, but from finally making sense of what’s already being measured. Equafish works with a wide spectrum of land-based fish farmers across Norway.
