AEW Delford Systems says its LS40 Entry Level Label Applicator is now available with the option of an additional base labelling head.
Recently launched, the system enables packagers and processors to apply pre-printed labels on both the top and base of the pack, accommodating promotional messages as well as information such as ingredients, cooking or recipe ideas.
Fast labelling
Delford says the LS40 can apply labels up to 100mm x 150mm at a nominal speed of 150 packs per minute, with quick release fittings ensuring fast, efficient label change. Larger labels can also be used with a simple web upgrade.
It is made of stainless steel and available in various configurations to suit individual production line requirements, including mounting on a floor stand, on an existing conveyor or with integral conveyor.
