Fish Waste for Profit 2021 is the 4th edition of the Icelandic Fisheries Conference, running alongside the IceFish Exhibition on 16 - 17 September

Entitled, Transforming the Blue Economy to 100% Green; the 2021 conference will be looking at how the industry is working towards full utilisation of fish by-products and taking steps forward in the use of green technology.

Fish Waste for Profit provides attendees with knowledge on how to maximise their return on investment from potentially discarded parts of the catch that can be turned into high value products for non-food sectors.
