BioMar acquires full ownership of LetSea

BioMar has confirmed it will acquire the remaining shares of Norwegian aquaculture research centure, LetSea, from KapNor

BioMar currently owns 34% of the shares in LetSea.

The acquisition will grant BioMar full ownership, boosting its capacity for innovation.
