Seafood Processing Europe offers the best coverage in equipment and materials for the seafood processing industry. Boasting over 200 exhibitors from 22 different countries, with five national and regional pavilions, SPE brings together the top buyers and sellers in seafood processing.

It is the place to find the equipment, processes, services, and technology companies need to get seafood from dock to market. SPE draws the leading seafood industry product manufacturers and suppliers from around the world.

ESE

The European Seafood Exposition is the annual meeting of the seafood buyers and sellers around the world.

With more than 1,600 exhibitors from more than 75 countries and 24,000 visitors from more than 100 countries, ESE hosts the decision-makers and purchasers who dominate the seafood industry in Europe and around the world including

• Importers, exporters and wholesalers

• Institutional, military and chain buyers

• Value-added processors

According to the organisers, 76% of these discovered new products during the 2006 exhibition. 84% of the visitors have purchasing power and the median annual seafood purchases per visiting company are around €4.5 million.

The event receives new exhibitors each year. The newcomers this year are the regional pavilions Zhejiang, Zhoushan City from China and Nordland Fylkeskommune from Norway .

Seafood Prix d'Elite

The ESE New Products Competition was created to recognise the best new seafood products of the year developed for the European market. A distinguished group of seafood experts will judge each entrant on taste, originality, convenience, packaging, market potential and nutrition.

All finalist products will be displayed in a special Seafood Prix d'Elite stand at the show and the winning products will be announced at the Seafood Prix d'Elite reception on the first evening of the show.
