KINARCA has been the company in charge of supplying and installing all refrigeration equipment, include the gel ice manufacturing and distribution system for these new vessels for hake fishing in the Namibian fishing ground, a fishing area in which KINARCA has extensive experience.

“One of our technologies, which we are constantly working to improve, is the technology for the production and use of slurry / gel ice” explains the company. Production and application of gel ice is used not only for increasing the useful life of the marine products but assuring a greatest performance in subsequent processes bringing added value as well such as the filleting and freezing processes.
