Covering all processing situations, Exos offers the 120 model in three different versions: The Exos-120E adapts for operation by right-handed or left-handed users in less than one minute; the Exos-120R is for right-hand use with a built-in cleaning device for rinsing the wheel and bone guide; and the Exos-120L is for left-hand use, again with a built-in cleaning device.

Exos says that by asking customers what they considered the most important issues for hand-held pin-boners, the company defined a brand new family of machines packed with many new features:

  • Smaller handle – much appreciated by women
  • Lighter – weight has been reduced by 35%
  • Easy cleaning – no tools needed for disassembly
  • Attractive price – almost 40% cheaper than Exos-220E
  • Hygienic – smooth design with no pockets
  • Ergonomic handle – built-in electric motor makes for warm operation

The Exos-120 series works on char, chinook, coho, grear silver smelt, haddock, hake, herring, mackerel, perch, pike perch, rainbow trout, saithe, salmon, sea trout, sockeye salmon and whitefish.
