Skaginn and 3X Technologies have joined their product and service offerings together and will know jointly be known as Skaginn 3X.
The company will continue to be an international player in developing food processing solutions and have routes in the Icelandic seafood sector.
“Our collaboration has proved successful and we look forward to the future. There are many large and revolutionary projects ahead, which will hopefully lead the global seafood industry towards adopting new and improved processing methods” said Ingolfur Arnason, CEO of Skaginn 3X.
Skaginn and 3X Technology have been collaborating for years, the latest installation as a united company is the installation of unmanned Fish-Hold robotics for the new HB Grandi freshfish trawler Engey RE 91.
The new system is a great engineering accomplishment, which will eliminate the need for workers to step foot into the Fish-Holding area onboard.
