The latest development is the shrimp peeling line for several different types of shrimp. The line is specially designed to handle species and types of shrimp that cannot be peeled on traditional peelers. Among the products that can be peeled are Pandalus Borealis.
K.M. Fish Machinery A/S has recently established cooperation with Visys from Belgium and will represent Visys in the seafood business. Visys has set new standards in laser sorting by introducing the digital sorting platform. The company's special model, Pandalys, has been developed to improve sorting, especially the cold water processing industry.
