Selex Communications has started selling a solution to the UK’s e-logbook requirement for the recording and transmission of fishing activities data.
The Olfish-Dynamic Data Logger (DDL) has passed the UK fisheries authorities' approval process run on their behalf by the NCC Group. This approval ensures the product meets EU legislative requirement for e-logbooks onboard fishing vessels.
Finmeccanica subsidiary Selex has an exclusive distributorship in the UK for the Olrac Olfish product suite. The company’s solution is flexible in that it can supply either the standalone e-logbook or a complete system solution.
