Boston, US-based Aquanor Marketing Inc has been rebranded Aquanor Ice Fresh in a move that further solidifies its partnership with Icelandic seafood company Samherji Ltd.
According to Samherji, the “Ice Fresh” brand originates from Samherji’s long-standing sales arm, Ice Fresh Seafood.
Now the exclusive sales arm in the US, Aquanor Ice Fresh will join Ice Fresh Seafood’s global network of sales and distribution.
“We are excited to announce our rebranding as Aquanor Ice Fresh. This is a significant milestone for us as we focus on expanding both our fresh and frozen seafood sales into the US market,” Aquanor CEO Eric Kaiser said.
Ice Fresh Seafood has been working with Aquanor for over 30 years.
“We are delighted to see Aquanor Ice Fresh take shape,” Ice Fresh Seafood CEO Gústaf Baldvinsson said. “This partnership represents a significant step forward for both of our companies, and we look forward to seeing the benefits it will bring to our customers in the United States.”
Aquanor Ice Fresh will continue to operate under its current management team.
