German company ROTZLER has just released the latest model in its TITAN range of planetary hydraulic hoisting winches. The TITAN TH4 features a 1st layer hoisting force of 4500kg and compliments the already successful 1000, 2000 & 3200kg TITAN models.
Like all TITAN hoisting winches the new TH4 is designed in accordance with DIN & FEM european standards and incorporates the latest technology to provide the ultimate in safety and reliability.
The following features make TITAN winches particularly suitable for use in the fishing industry:
l high performance static / dynamic disc brake for safe and smooth control of a lowering load;
l graphite resin brake discs resistant to seawater contamination of the hydraulic oil and high temperatures during heavy usage;
l polyester powder coating of all exterior components prior to assembly;
l stainless steel drum seal sleeves;
l stainless steel internal & external fasteners; and
l simple installation and maintenance requiring no special work tools.
Typical applications for the TITAN range are: marine cranes, net stacking cranes, loading / unloading booms, net and cod end lifting, shellfish dredge handling, fish farm workboats and gillson winch applications.
As with all ROTZLER TITAN winches, the TH4 comes with a 2 year limited warranty with sales and service available worldwide.
