Mitch Tonks of Rockfish said: “The industry we work in is brilliant and so are the awards. This is our third time being shortlisted for an award and we’re just as delighted as ever. We try and offer customers a complete dining experience, tailoring our wine list to specific dishes and constantly training staff so they are as knowledgeable as possible about our food. Hopefully it’ll be third time lucky for us.”
The award recognises the best fish and chip restaurant in the United Kingdom and focuses on every aspect of running a successful fish and chip restaurant including the premises, product, staff, company practice and marketing.
