Case studies highlighted at HEM.

Aquaculture is a key source of income in the region, with Turkey, Greece and Israel producing over 286,000 tonnes of fish per year. As such Corfu was chosen to host the conference, which will focus on end-to-end operations, and showcase successful fish farms.
Representatives from three farms working in the region will talk about their processes, the challenges they have overcome and the successes they have achieved. Presentations will be from:
- Corfu Sea Farm (Greece);
- KILIÇ Seafood Company (Turkey); and
- Open Sea Aquaculture Fish Farm (Israel).
These three farms will provide specific insight using the platform of High Energy Mariculture conference to share best practices and to share their experiences with the industry. Corfu Sea Farm will also host the technical visit on Friday 19th October, allowing attendees to further their knowledge by seeing the operations first hand.
