The Russian Fishery Company (RFC) has launched a ready to cook range of products made with premium quality Alaska pollock, produced in co-operation with Agama Group and under the joint Agama-Nordeco brand.

The products being made available are portioned pollock fillets and pollock fillets in individual packaging, manufactured at Agama's facilities from single-seafrozen RFC fish without defrosting during the production process, which ensures the taste, quality and nutritional benefits are maintained.
“For RFC, one of the global leaders in the catch and processing of Alaska pollock, it is extremely important to ensure access to high-quality products for the end consumer,” commented RFC’s CEO Fedor Kirsanov.
“Pollock is a unique product, a rich source of vitamins, macro and microelements, essential Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids. With production of its own retail brand, RFC provides quality control at all stages - from catch to the finished product. Agama’s many years of experience and expertise help with this.”
RFC and Agama managers sampled dishes prepared from the Agama-Nordeco fillet during the presentation of the first product samples.
“We are pleased with the result, which we are happy to present to buyers all over Russia,” said Agama Group CEO Yuri Alasheev.
“I’m sure that our companies will continue successful cooperation in developing a joint brand and providing the Russian market with products of the highest quality.”
