At Danfish this year, Navteam will present the two new radars from Japan Radio Company Ltd (JRC), JRC JMA 5200MKII and 5300MKII.
The JMA-5200MKII radar design is based on the large radars JMA-5300 and JMA-9900 series; this means that all the new radar features from the larger radar families are available in the 5200MKII series.
Like the JMA-5200MKII, the JMA-5300MKII integrates the latest technologies, such as the second generation and patented ConstaviewTM, which rotates and displays the radar image in real time. Also developed exclusively by JRC is the Target Enhancement Function (TEFTM), which allows target enhancement relative to target size. The smaller echoes are enlarged more than bigger echoes, giving a better on-screen separation and identification.
Another bestseller from JRC is the JFC-600 fish finder, also know as the FF60. The JFC-600 fish finder operates in dual frequency as standard, resulting in a highly accurate and reliable read-out. The 6.5” colour LCD display modes allow the user to effortlessly select and view the information required. The operating status indicates gain, noise suppression and interference. The numerical data, such as speed, position, depth and temperature are conveniently displayed and reappear in each display mode.
Navteam will also present a satellite TV antenna solution from Intellian Technologies.
