A newly launched product, the AMEC MOB Dolphin, is a wireless electronic system designed to aid crew safety by assisting in alerting other crew members on the boat to provide immediately rescue action.
The MOB Dolphin triggers an extra loud onboard siren alarm to alert crew members when it detects the wireless signal link is broken. In the meantime, it automatically activates the AMEC AIS CAMINO-201 or other compatible MOB mode embedded products to display rescue information such as time, place, and direction. Users also can manually call for help by pressing the pendant button.
