International Safety Products (ISP) has recently launched the new Challenger Worksafe Pro commercial lifejacket.
The new lifejacket conforms to the latest ISO 12402 approvals and has been borne out the success of ISP’s established Worksafe Commercial Lifejacket range which the company says has become the number one choice for those working in the marine environment.
The Challenger Worksafe Pro has been ergonomically designed for a slimmer fit, making it as unobtrusive to wear as possible. It has a zipped cover with storm flap and the back of the lifejacket is meshed, providing breathability to further improve comfort for the wearer. An integral pocket enables the crotch strap to be stowed away when not in use and other features include a zipped pocket, neo neck for added wearability and a radio attachment strap, all fitted as standard.
The Challenger Worksafe Pro and the Challenger Worksafe lifejackets are both available in 170N and 300N buoyancy options. The newly improved Challenger Worksafe can also be fitted with a fire proof cover to enable the lifejacket to be worn safely, when carrying out tasks such as welding.
Both of these commercial lifejackets incorporate ISP’s patented interlocking lobe design bladder featuring Wave Barrier Technology, which self rights the wearer in under five seconds and provides an effective wave barrier to the wearer, preventing water from being channelled into airways, even if they are unconscious.
