l New Series 1600 Open Hinge Flat Top Belt -- Intralox's newest EZ Clean Flat Top belt features the most open hinge area of any 25.4 mm pitch plastic flat top belt on the market. Greater open hinge area = highly optimized cleaning spray effectiveness and therefore higher levels of conveyor belt hygiene. The new belt's overall surface design and underside drive bars are also major contributors to overall "cleanability".
l New Series 1100 Flush Grid Nub Top Belt -- the first modular plastic belt to provide dewatering capabilities along with a quick product release surface. The small pitch (15.2 mm) and 15% Open Area combine to produce an ideal belt for handling even the most delicate seafood products in a wide range of processing applications.
