Europêche argues that nature restoration proposals are based on theory and “will not help feed the people of Europe”

The European fishing industry has slammed the latest nature restoration plans by the European Parliament and Council.

The Commission’s stance is contradictory with its plan to restore 20% of marine areas despite its own assessment identifying less than 2% is in need, says Europêche.
