At Seafood Processing Global, NOCK will exhibit two ‘highlights’ from its range of high quality fish skinning machines ‘Made in Germany’.

The first is the NOCK Skinex QS 98, a double line high-speed fish skinner with enormous capacity for small fillets. With a 28m/min belt speed and a divided pressure roller for double line feeding, this machine achieves a very high capacity when skinning small fillets or fillets with a thin skin, such as tilapia, pangasius, catfish, cod, perch, etc.
The second is the NOCK Cortex CF 420 open top table fish skinner, with the new safety system NOCK IMMEDIATE CUT-OUT® (ICO). This safety system stops the machine immediately when touching the blade or the tooth roller with electrically conductive gloves. The working table however can be touched without causing the machine to stop.
