Denmark’s AquaProcess is a newly established company offering solutions and equipment to the fish farming industry, providing everything from water-based antifouling to complete recirculated aquaculture systems (RAS) systems.
AquaProcess is owned by Gitte Christensen and Jens Toftdahl, who both have a long and broad experience in the aquaculture business, from extensive farming systems right through pond and cage farming.
The company is working closely with selected suppliers within the aquaculture industry to offer high quality key products with the overall aim of supporting professional fish farmers with targeted solutions for their specific needs.
It is the agent for AquaMaof which offers recirculated aquaculture systems (RAS) for all salt or fresh water fish species. AquaMaof’s system is very low in energy consumption and one cycle provides water circulation, bio filtration, aeration, degassing and solid removal.
Another product on offer from AquaProcess is the Flex Gard range of high performance antifouling which targets specialised products and challenges such as hydroids and mussels.
Also on offer is Flex Protect, which is a range of non – metallic coatings especially developed for protecting nets and ropes. These coatings offer protection against UV, increases breaking strength, extends net life and comes highly recommended for nets which are washed by automatic net cleaning devices in the sea.
The AquaProcess equipment portfolio ranges from screw elevators and graders for fish, over feed wagons and feeders to net washing machines.
