Proconcept will be exhibiting its interleaver module for smoked fish slices at this year’s Seafood Processing Global, following its launch at the 2014 event.

The first model to be installed has now been running for more than two high seasons and the producer has reported complete satisfaction with the system. Proconcept also installed a number of other interleaver modules in different factories during 2014.
The Proconcept interleaver module distributes interleaves automatically at 200 pieces per minutes and also offers the possibility of setting the length of the interleaves, setting the position of the interleaves with regard to slices, and programmed distribution for each slice according to its destination.
Proconcept will also present other solutions for smoked fish fillet slicing and packing in Brussels, including high yield slicers, manual lines and automatic lines.
