Bergen Group Vest Elektro has been awarded a contract for the design and installation of the electrical system on a new fishing vessel to be built at the Norwegian shipyard Fitjar Mekaniske Verksted AS (FMV).
The contract has an estimated value of NOK9-10m and will generate activity for Bergen Group Vest Elektro in the first three quarters of 2013.
The fishing vessel, with a length of 67m and designed by Wärtsilä Ship Design, will be built by FMV AS for the owner Hardhaus in Austevoll.
