BAADER technology separates the fish meat from bones, fins and skin. Compared to normal screw separators the BAADER principle is much gentler due to a temperature rise of max 1°C - the protein molecule remains intact and the bones are not damaged.

The new member thee 600 series - BAADER 604 - is designed in a new way that means that there are less loose parts on the machine, which optimises handling and cleaning. Each machine has a touch panel for easy operation and process control.

The company will also be exhibiting part of its High Speed Salmon Processing Line, the BAADER 581 filleting machine.

The new generation of this machine has been improved in the areas of speed, throughput, handling and service.

It features a higher speed of 25 fish per minute, and updated software for the flank knife unit for better and easier control of the exact cutting parameters of the fish guarantees a higher and stable yield and throughput. It is now much easier to adjust the cutting parameters for choosing between A to E Trim and to even customise the cuttings.

The BAADER 581 has been designed in a completely new manner with respect to hygiene, food safety, maintenance, performance, fillet quality and production control and speed.
